We focus on emerging markets with critical infrastructure needs, building infrastructure for operation by leading international operators working together with local partners.
In view of the strategic nature of infrastructure assets and DFIs, we work in partnership with host governments for implementation. The use of pooled investment vehicles under a regulated asset management platform gives us flexibility and scaleability.
Debt financing for projects is provided and arranged through iibGroup’s banking operations.
Our target sectors include Communications, Energy and Transport with investments across Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including projects from privatisation pipelines.
